CCBQ’s Care Coordination recently hosted their annual Thanksgiving Gala & Client Achievement Awards Ceremony at Russo’s On The Bay in Howard Beach, Queens to recognize the achievements of its clients. In support of the goals of Care Coordination clients, the Behavioral Health Care Coordination programs held a series of events throughout the year that promoted socialization and health and lifestyle skills. Clients enjoyed an evening of hors d’oeuvres, dancing, a seated meal and raffle. Clients also received awards recognizing their achievements in sobriety, parenting, education and careers and community integration.
