The Pete McGuinness Older Adult Center joyfully celebrated Christmas with more than 150 attendees, who gathered to enjoy a warm and festive atmosphere. The event was made possible through meticulous preparations, beautifully decorated spaces, thoughtfully set tables, and the assembly of special gifts for older adults in our community. Every detail was aimed at creating a memorable experience for all.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to our incredibly generous donors, whose contributions ensured that there were gifts under the tree for those in need, spreading holiday cheer to many. We were also honored to have Grazyna Moscicka, representing the Polish Scouts, present the Bethlehem Light of Peace, a powerful symbol of hope, unity, and the enduring spirit of Christmas.
This event would not have been the success it was without the dedication of our incredible staff, volunteers, and advisory board members, whose hard work and commitment made everything possible. We are deeply grateful for their efforts. We also extend our thanks to Father Gregory from St. Stanislaus Kostka Church and Father Benny from St. Anthony Church for their joyful presence at the celebration.
The day was filled with laughter, delicious food, the sweet sound of Christmas carols, and heartfelt connections that brought everyone closer together, making this festive season brighter for all who attended. It was a wonderful reminder of the joy that the holiday season can bring when shared in community.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! We look forward to more moments of togetherness in the year ahead.
