Christmas Luncheon at Social Adult Day Care

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens’ Social Adult Day Program, dedicated to seniors with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, hosted a joyful and memorable Christmas Luncheon filled with laughter, music, and cheer. The event was an opportunity to celebrate the holiday season in the company of friends, family, and caregivers.

The Sunnyside Caregiver Program graciously provided a singer, while Oak Street Health contributed to the event’s holiday atmosphere by supplying a DJ. The combination of music and dance made for a truly festive occasion that brought smiles to all in attendance.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation to Ephraim Resnick, recognizing his dedication and over 17 years of volunteer service. Ephraim has been bringing joy to the seniors by providing music and playing the piano at numerous events over the years.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all who attended and participated in making this Christmas Luncheon a day to remember. Your support, enthusiasm, and kindness helped make the event truly special for all those involved.
