WHAT: Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens Community Health and Wellness Services will host a Live it up! Community Wellness event in Brooklyn featuring interactive health and wellness stations.
WHEN: Tuesday, April 18th, 2023 from 1:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
WHERE: Saint Athanasius Church located at 2154 61st Street Brooklyn, NY 11204

- COVID boosters, testing and flu shots (Trinity Pharmacy)
- DJ, Music and Fun (sponsored by Village CareMax)
- Catholic Charities Earth Day activity stations: fishing game,
recycling challenge, disk drop, upcycle craft - Special prize for completing activity stations
- Produce box (while supplies last)
