Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has joined #GivingTuesday, a national giving day on December 3, 2013. Following Thanksgiving weekend and kicking off the holiday shopping season, #GivingTuesday is a national day devoted to giving back – it’s a celebration of our great American tradition of generosity.
By joining Catholic Charities on #GivingTuesday, you are teaming up with thousands of charities, families, businesses and individuals to transform how people think about giving during the holiday season.
At Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, we believe in helping those who need it most: right here, right now. Last year, we helped 100,000 people get back on their feet. But there are many more people who need us this year… and that is where you come in.
