On March 7th at CCNS Pete McGuinness OAC, we had a beautiful celebration of International Women’s Day with our friends from family Home Care Services of Brooklyn and Queens Inc., Care at Home of New York, York College OTPS students, and our wonderful fitness instructor Natalia Pruszko.
We kicked off the day with an energized fitness class, followed by an insightful Fall Prevention Program presented by the York College students. Then, Maryna Gladyszczuk shared valuable information about services available for seniors and families.
To make the day even more special, we handed out 150 beautiful flowers to our amazing women members. And, of course, we enjoyed some delicious sweets together with our guests and members.
A big thank you to Family Home Care Services of Brooklyn and Queens Inc. and Care at Home of New York for the thoughtful flowers and sweets – you truly made the day extra special for our seniors.
It was a heartwarming and memorable celebration!
