Our Catholic Charities Bereavement Services will host the annual conference Journey to Healing: End of Life Conversations and the Catholic Perspective onSaturday, November 7, 2015, 1:00 – 3:30 PM at St. Francis College, 180 Remsen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
The conference will include a panel discussion featuring: The Conversation Project, Rev. Nicanor Austriaco, O.P., Associate Professor, Providence College, Calvary Hospice, and The Threshold Choir.
Participants are invited to join and listen to compassionate professionals discuss losing a loved one or nearing the end of life and will receive a Conversation Starter Kit that can help prepare for decisions on Healthcare Proxy, End-of-life Wishes, and more.
