Twenty masks were recently donated to CCBQ’s Office of Mission by Mrs. Lorraine Keller, an 85 year old quilter from Oceanside Lutheran Church in Long Island, New York. Mrs. Keller is the head of the church’s Lutheran World Relief Ministry. This group creates quilts, baby layette kits, drawstring bags with supplies and personal care kits that are donated each year and shipped all over the world. She took a break from her usual quilting and watched YouTube videos on how to properly make reversible masks. Thank you SO much to Mrs. Keller for her kindness and generosity!
