Healthy Families #4 Bushwick provides participants with information and referrals to entitlement programs, education, employment assistance, access to legal assistance, housing, transportation, and mental/health services, including HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. Staff arrange appointments for clients, conduct assessments, screen for benefits and entitlements, complete application forms, and assist with English/Spanish translations. The program is primarily open to residents of Bushwick.
Eligibility: The client/consumer must be a resident of the Bushwick neighborhood. Healthy Families will serve families in need of support and family-strengthening services.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
