CCBQ’s Relatives as Parents Program (R.A.P.P.) at the Riverdale Osborne Towers in Brownsville, Brooklyn were recently visited by Tania Evans, Older Adult Services Coordinator and Darrell Glenn, Outreach Librarian from the Brooklyn Public Library. They provided a wealth of information on the programs that the library offers, including social support, health and wellness, immigrant services, books by mail for homebound seniors, artist led workshops and more. Excited to learn more about the various programs, some members signed up for their very own library cards. This group is funded in part by the Brookdale Foundation Group.
