Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, together with St. John’s University Vincentian Center for Church and Society, will host a Faithful Citizenship Voter Education Forum on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the St. John’s University, D’Angelo Center, Room 128 (8000 Utopia Pkwy, Jamaica, NY 11439).
This informative Voter Education Forum will cover important issues impacting our communities.
Experts will address key issues such as immigration, income inequality and the environment, as informed by Catholic Social Teaching. Parish packets with educational resources on Faithful Citizenship will be provided.
