Members of the Catholic Charities Social Adult Day Alzheimer’s Program in Queens, were recently visited by a special group of youth volunteers from Ohio! As members of the Young Neighbors in Action, which places youth with volunteer action projects across the nation, this group gardened, created tie-dye t-shirts and danced the day away with our seniors. Both parties had a blast and CCBQ is so grateful to have had this wonderful youth group volunteer their time with us.
